The POINTE (Positive INTerventions to Enhance the Performance of Athletes) Program is a program based upon the trademarked manual Dr. Quinn developed for her dissertation research at University of South Florida. Since 2017, Dr. Quinn has used this program to train athletic coaches to use ABA based training and data collection with their athletes and disseminate ABA to the general population. Many key players in the ABA and HSF field began their work in the field by participating in a POINTE Program training with Dr. Quinn, and after seeing it's success, Dr. Quinn began using the POINTE model in her business coaching and supervision to help behavior analysts learn, perform, and succeed in ABA and HSF.
